Short description: Gather in a community of folks who are honouring a loss. Whether a loved one has died or you are moving into a new phase of lif,e we will hold sacred space to create projects and share with others. No experience necessary and materials provided.
This is an art therapy group and is not a substitute for 1-1 counselling.

She is passionate about helping people make special projects to honour important moments in life and loved ones. Sarah operates from the belief that everyone is creative and has something to share.
Did you know… geese deeply grieve when their mate dies, often exhibiting behaviours described as "disturbingly human," including apathy, confusion, and refusal to eat. As creatures that form intense, life-long bonds, widowed geese may wander alone, call out in distress, and mourn for months or even years, sometimes choosing never to find another mate.
