Join us at our regular Carving Club on Wednesdays and Fridays!

This is an opportunity to carve and whittle any number of projects, either from a selection of provided blanks or of your own design. Whether you’re a beginner or life-long whittler, this is a time for folks of all ages to gather around the shop, get connected and stay creative.

Other Details

• Subscribe monthly and become a member of the flock or purchase a punch pass (picked up at the shop your first session). Members can come to as many sessions as they wish and enjoy some other special benefits here at the shop (announcing soon!)

• All experience levels are welcome! Come to learn and discover or just to practice in the company of others

• Great for ages 10 and up (kids 8-9 can have a great time too, but we recommend them attending with a parent or caretaker to help when things get tricky)

• Price includes lots of carving materials and all the carving tools and finishing products (as appropriate).

• Please wear closed-toe shoes to the the shop. Shop aprons and all safety gear will be provided.

The Details

• Monthly or whole Season: Sign up for one month at a time or snag all three now and save yourself some blissful time

• Schedule: Please check out the individual months for precise dates, but it’s pretty well every Monday or Tuesday from 3:30 - 4:30pm, September through November

• Price: $35 per month just to cover material costs and prep time for the projects. We appreciate you’ll be helping us by attending, too!

Kick off the return to school with focus, structure, and a good bit of sawdust! This month, we are designing and building personalized organizational projects to provide structure and routine where things get busy. It’s the perfect blend of practical woodworking and mindset building to help them start the school year on the right foot.

The Need-to-Know Details

• The Schedule: 4 Week Series — choose attending either Mondays (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th) OR Tuesdays (8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th). Our first session will be on the Labor Day Monday; if you have plans, you may choose to attend that first Tuesday instead.

• The Time: 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM every week.

• Who It's For: Designed specifically for elementary-aged makers (Ages 6–12).

As the days get cooler, we’re bringing the kids together to build interactive wooden games and handy tools to help with the changing season. This month introduces simple mechanics and the proper tools on projects they will actually want to play with and be useful around the house. They’ll practice attentive focus and finer motor skills while crafting fun, durable pieces designed to be shared.
